If paying by credit card, full payment is due with the application. Should you need to drop-out, a non-refundable $50 registration fee will be retained and the remaining charged to your card will be refunded. Applications can be securely faxed to 866-401-8131.
If you prefer to pay by check and send the application via mail, you must submit the $50 non-refundable registration fee with the application and the balance will be due in our office by May 1, 2008 latest.

NOTE: We will NOT accept applications for sessions that are full. Therefore you will not be charged a registration fee for sending the application and your payment and/or application will be returned to you.
